Water loss in Streamwood

This was a water loss in Streamwood, IL from a failed sump pump. As shown, the carpet was saturated and had to be removed and disposed of. SERVPRO of Streamwood, Bartlett, West Chicago and Warrenville technicians were able to carefully move the contents to make sure all the wet carpet and pad were removed to properly dry the flooring. The after picture shows that the heavier furniture pieces were placed on blocks to ensure proper airflow was applied to the wet flooring. By removing carpet and pad and "blocking" the furniture, the flooring was dried in a timely fashion.  The customers were impressed by the attention to detail that our technicians displayed.
